Find the domain of a function

This wizard is used to calculate the domain of a given function.

 

It can be accessed by clicking on Wizard Button | Function | Find the domain of a function.

 

To find the domain of the function:

  • First enter the function.
  • Press "Solve step" or "Solve all" button to see the solution process.

 

hint2 Make certain that you enter the function in functional notation. For example you can enter f(x)=2x+3.

 

hint2 If you need an explanation for any particular step, click on the step and then click on the "Explain" button.
